Jr. Livestock Show concludes with premium sale

Preliminary figures from the premium sale of the Pottawatomie County Junior Livestock Show indicate the totals will be down from last year’s record. Penney Weaver, finance and membership director of the Greater Shawnee Chamber of Commerce, reported the preliminary total figure is $115,020. This is roughly $15,000 off of the record setting $130,000 last year.
